Welcome to Structopath Construction. By purchasing products or engaging in business with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and transactions between Structopath Construction and its customers. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Structopath Construction reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. Orders are confirmed only upon issuance of an official invoice or written confirmation.

3. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations, supplier adjustments, or other factors. Prices quoted do not include taxes, transportation, or additional charges unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified on the invoice. Full or partial payment may be required before delivery. Late payments may be subject to additional charges or interest as permitted by law.

5. Delivery

We strive to deliver materials within the agreed timeframe; however, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. Structopath Construction is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

6. Inspection and Acceptance

Customers are responsible for inspecting materials upon delivery. Any claims for shortages, damages, or defects must be reported within 24–48 hours of receipt. Failure to notify us within this period may result in forfeiture of claims.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are subject to prior approval and must be in original condition. Custom or special-order materials may not be eligible for return. Refunds, if approved, will be processed according to company policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Structopath Construction shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of supplied materials. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods.

9. Warranty

We supply materials sourced from reputable manufacturers. Any applicable warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturer. We do not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government regulations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Structopath Construction operates.

12. Amendments

Structopath Construction reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to all future transactions.
