Refund and Return Policy

At Structopath Construction, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent return procedures. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 3–7 business days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, materials must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all return requests.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or special-order materials

  • Used or installed products

  • Materials damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

  • Clearance or discounted items marked as final sale

3. Return Approval Process

All returns require prior approval from Structopath Construction. Customers must contact our support team to request authorization before sending back any materials. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Inspection and Restocking

Approved returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. A restocking fee may apply depending on the type and condition of the returned materials. Any transportation or handling costs associated with the return may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If materials are delivered damaged or incorrect, customers must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and documentation. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned materials are inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges may be arranged subject to product availability and price differences. Additional charges may apply where applicable.
