At Structopath Construction, we are committed to delivering construction materials efficiently and safely to our customers. This Shipment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of our products.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment confirmation and order verification. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. Customers will be notified once their order is confirmed and scheduled for dispatch.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Shipment times may vary depending on the delivery region, product availability, and transportation logistics. Estimated delivery time ranges between 5 to 30 business days, depending on the region and accessibility of the delivery location. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, supplier delays, transportation disruptions, or regulatory requirements.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, order quantity, weight, and transportation method. Any applicable shipping fees will be communicated at the time of order confirmation or included in the invoice.

4. Delivery Conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is accessible and ready to receive materials. Any additional costs incurred due to restricted access, unloading delays, or site unpreparedness may be charged to the customer.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect materials at the time of delivery. Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported immediately and documented with the delivery personnel. Claims submitted after delivery acceptance may not be eligible for review.

6. Delays and Force Majeure

Structopath Construction is not liable for shipment delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, strikes, or government restrictions.

7. Ownership and Risk

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery and acceptance of the materials.
